1. Order Cancellation

• Orders canceled before service are eligible for a full refund
• Late cancellations may be subject to a service fee

2. Installed Tires

Once tires have been:

• Installed
• Mounted
• Driven on

They are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-RETURNABLE

3. Unused Tires

Unused tires may be returned if:

• Within 30 days of purchase
• Not mounted or used
• In original condition

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error is ours.

4. Workmanship Guarantee

We offer a 30-day workmanship guarantee:

• If installation issues occur, we will correct them at no cost
• Does not cover misuse, accidents, or external damage

5. Refund Processing

• Refunds issued to original payment method
• Processing time: 3–10 business days

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Installed or used tires
• Special orders
• Completed services

7. Manufacturer Warranty

Tires may be covered by manufacturer warranties for:

• Defects
• Road hazards (if applicable)

Claims must be handled according to manufacturer guidelines.
