Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you (“customer,” “you,” or “your”) and Nova Onsite (“Nova Onsite,” “we,” us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing tires or services, submitting an order, communicating with us, or allowing us to perform services on your vehicle, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund & Return Policy, and any additional policies or notices posted on our website.
Do not use our website or services if you do not agree to these Terms.
2. Services
Nova Onsite provides mobile tire services at customer-selected locations, including tire delivery, tire installation, mounting, balancing, tire repair where available, and related services.
Our services are designed to be performed at homes, workplaces, parking lots, driveways, or other suitable locations where the customer has permission for us to work. All services are subject to technician availability, product availability, safe working conditions, weather, vehicle condition, and service area limitations.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, delay, or reschedule any service if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the service cannot be performed safely, legally, properly, or commercially reasonably.
3. Information Provided by You
We rely on the information you provide to recommend, sell, deliver, and install tires and related products. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information, including:
- Vehicle year, make, model, trim, and tire size;
- Current tire size and wheel size;
- Whether the vehicle has wheel locks, aftermarket wheels, spacers, lift kits, lowering kits, custom suspension, oversized tires, damaged wheels, or other modifications;
- The service location address and any access instructions;
- A working phone number and email address;
- Any known vehicle conditions that may affect service.
Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information may result in delays, additional charges, cancellation, refusal of service, restocking fees, return limitations, or inability to complete the service.
You are responsible for confirming that any tires you purchase are appropriate for your vehicle, driving needs, load rating, speed rating, wheel size, and applicable safety requirements.
4. Orders, Product Availability, and Pricing
Tires and other products sold or installed by Nova Onsite may be manufactured, supplied, or warranted by third parties. Product descriptions, specifications, availability, prices, promotions, and service availability may change without notice.
An order is not guaranteed until accepted and confirmed by Nova Onsite. We may refuse, limit, cancel, or modify any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect vehicle information, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or inability to perform the service.
Prices shown or quoted may not include all taxes, disposal fees, TPMS service, valve stems, special handling, additional labor, special equipment, return fees, restocking fees, or other charges that may apply. We will make reasonable efforts to disclose charges in advance, but additional charges may apply if onsite conditions, vehicle condition, or customer-provided information differs from what was provided at booking.
5. Appointments and Service Windows
Appointments are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive during the scheduled service window, but arrival and completion times are estimates only.
Service may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to weather, traffic, product availability, technician availability, unsafe working conditions, vehicle condition, inaccurate customer information, lack of access, or events outside our reasonable control.
You must ensure that the vehicle is available, accessible, and located in a safe and legal place for service at the scheduled time.
6. Customer Responsibilities at the Service Location
Before we arrive, you agree to:
- Make the vehicle accessible and legally parked;
- Provide a safe, flat, stable, and well-lit work area where possible;
- Obtain permission from the property owner, employer, parking facility, or any other required party;
- Be present or provide authorized access to the vehicle;
- Provide the wheel-lock key if your vehicle uses locking lug nuts;
- Remove personal items or obstructions that may interfere with service;
- Keep pets, children, and bystanders away from the work area;
- Treat our technicians, employees, contractors, and service providers respectfully and lawfully.
We may refuse or stop service if the location is unsafe, unauthorized, illegal, inaccessible, sloped, unstable, exposed to hazardous traffic, subject to towing, or otherwise unsuitable.
7. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Missed Appointments
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by contacting Nova Onsite.
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time may be eligible for a full refund, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Late cancellations, missed appointments, no-access situations, or customer-caused delays may result in a cancellation fee, trip fee, restocking fee, return fee, or other reasonable charges.
Special-order tires, custom-ordered products, completed services, mounted tires, installed tires, and used tires may be non-refundable or subject to additional fees as described in our Refund & Return Policy.
If Nova Onsite cancels an appointment due to weather, safety, product availability, technician availability, or other business reasons, we may offer to reschedule or issue any refund required by our policies or applicable law.
8. Payment
Payment is due at the time of order, before service, or upon completion, as determined by Nova Onsite.
We may accept credit cards, debit cards, digital payments, or other payment methods we choose to support. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors, and those processors may have their own terms and privacy policies.
You authorize Nova Onsite and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method for tires, services, taxes, disposal fees, cancellation fees, trip fees, restocking fees, additional labor, and any other charges you approve or that are permitted under these Terms.
Past-due amounts may result in collection activity, and you agree to reimburse Nova Onsite for reasonable costs of collection to the extent permitted by law.
9. Delivery, Installation, and Risk of Loss
If you purchase tires or products through Nova Onsite, we may deliver them to the service location as part of your appointment. You may not be able to pick up products directly unless we expressly allow it.
Risk of loss for tires and products passes to you after delivery, installation, or customer acceptance, whichever occurs first. After installation, you are responsible for the tires and products, including loss, theft, misuse, road damage, improper maintenance, improper inflation, vehicle issues, alignment issues, and driving conditions.
Nova Onsite retains the right to withhold installation or delivery until payment is complete.
10. Installation Limitations
Standard installation pricing applies to most vehicles with standard equipment and normal conditions. Additional charges may apply for:
- Custom wheels or oversized wheels;
- Low-profile tires;
- Run-flat tires;
- TPMS service, reset, rebuild, replacement, or programming;
- Damaged, missing, swollen, stripped, seized, or cross-threaded lug nuts, studs, bolts, or wheel locks;
- Lifted, lowered, modified, exotic, commercial, fleet, or specialty vehicles;
- Heavily corroded or damaged wheels;
- Disposal fees or state-required environmental fees;
- Additional labor caused by inaccurate information or unusual vehicle conditions.
We may refuse to install tires that appear incorrect, unsafe, incompatible, damaged, improperly sized, improperly rated, or unsuitable for the vehicle.
11. Tire Fitment, Modified Vehicles, and TPMS
Tire fitment is based on information available to us and information you provide. Original equipment specifications may not apply to modified vehicles, aftermarket wheels, altered suspension, spacers, lift kits, lowering kits, brake upgrades, or other customizations.
We do not guarantee fitment where customer information is inaccurate, the vehicle has been modified, or the selected product is not appropriate for the vehicle.
Vehicles equipped with Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems may require TPMS service, reset, rebuild, relearn, replacement, or programming. TPMS service may involve additional charges. We are not responsible for pre-existing TPMS issues, sensor failure, dead batteries, incompatible sensors, or warning lights caused by conditions outside our workmanship.
12. Vehicle Inspection Disclaimer
Nova Onsite’s services do not include a full mechanical inspection, safety inspection, alignment inspection, brake inspection, suspension inspection, or diagnostic inspection unless expressly stated in writing.
Our technicians may observe visible conditions while performing service, but we are not responsible for identifying every defect, unsafe condition, pre-existing damage, hidden damage, mechanical issue, alignment issue, suspension issue, brake issue, wheel damage, corrosion, or other vehicle condition.
If we identify a condition that we believe makes the vehicle unsafe or unsuitable for service, we may refuse, stop, or modify the service. If you ask us to proceed after being informed of a potential concern, we may require a written acknowledgment or waiver before continuing.
13. Pre-Existing Damage and Vehicle Condition
Nova Onsite is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, hidden damage, normal wear and tear, rust, corrosion, stripped or weakened hardware, damaged wheels, cracked wheels, bent wheels, worn suspension components, alignment problems, brake problems, TPMS issues, or any damage caused by prior improper installation, misuse, accidents, road hazards, or vehicle defects.
You agree that some issues may only become apparent during service and that additional charges, refusal of service, or cancellation may result.
14. Returns, Refunds, and Workmanship Guarantee
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
In general:
- Tires that have been installed, mounted, driven on, or used are non-refundable and non-returnable;
- Completed services are non-refundable except as required by law or expressly stated in our policies;
- Unused tires may be eligible for return within 30 days if they are not mounted, not used, and in original condition;
- Special orders may be non-refundable;
- Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method;
- Refund timing may depend on banks, card networks, and payment processors.
Nova Onsite provides a limited 30-day workmanship guarantee for installation issues caused by our workmanship. If a covered workmanship issue occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge.
The workmanship guarantee does not cover misuse, accidents, road hazards, potholes, curb damage, vandalism, racing, off-road use, commercial misuse, external damage, improper maintenance, improper inflation, alignment issues, suspension issues, brake issues, TPMS sensor failure, manufacturer defects, or issues unrelated to our workmanship.
15. Manufacturer Warranties and Third-Party Products
Tires and related products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the product manufacturer, not Nova Onsite.
Warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s warranty process, requirements, exclusions, and documentation rules. We may assist with warranty questions where practical, but we do not control manufacturer warranty decisions.
Road hazard coverage applies only if expressly included or purchased separately and is subject to the terms of the applicable road hazard program.
Except for any express workmanship guarantee stated by Nova Onsite, we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
16. Communications, Calls, Texts, and Emails
By contacting Nova Onsite, booking a service, placing an order, or providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from us, including calls, emails, and text messages regarding appointments, orders, payment, arrival updates, service updates, and customer support.
We may also send promotional communications where permitted by law and with any required consent. You may opt out of promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP, but doing so may limit our ability to provide appointment updates.
Message and data rates may apply.
17. Promotions and Discounts
Nova Onsite may offer discounts, promotional codes, credits, coupons, or special offers. Promotions are subject to any additional terms we provide and may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time.
Promotions have no cash value, may not be transferred or sold, may not be combined with other offers unless expressly allowed, and may be refused or reversed if used fraudulently, mistakenly, unlawfully, or in violation of the promotion terms.

21. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website, products, and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” except for any express written warranty or workmanship guarantee provided by Nova Onsite.
We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available. We do not guarantee that all product descriptions, specifications, availability, pricing, or fitment information will be complete, current, or error-free.
You are responsible for safe vehicle operation, proper tire maintenance, proper inflation, timely rotations, alignment, and following manufacturer and vehicle-owner manual recommendations.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Onsite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising out of or related to our website, products, services, appointments, installations, delays, cancellations, or these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Onsite’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Nova Onsite for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
23. Force Majeure
Nova Onsite is not responsible for delays, cancellations, failure to perform, or inability to provide products or services caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic, accidents, fire, flood, power outages, labor shortages, supply chain disruptions, product shortages, equipment failure, acts of God, government action, public emergencies, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
24. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
25. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, products, services, appointments, installations, payments, refunds, or communications will first be addressed through good-faith informal resolution. You agree to contact Nova Onsite at info@novaonsite.com and provide a written description of the dispute before filing any formal claim.
If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitration provider under its applicable consumer arbitration rules. The arbitration will take place in Texas unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
You and Nova Onsite agree that disputes will be handled only on an individual basis. You and Nova Onsite waive the right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, consolidated action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You and Nova Onsite also waive the right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
26. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
27. Severability
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
28. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
