Terms of Service

By using Nova Onsite services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

Nova Onsite provides mobile tire installation, repair, and related services at customer-selected locations.

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

• Conditions are unsafe
• Information provided is inaccurate

2. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle and tire information
• Ensure safe and accessible working conditions
• Be present or provide access to the vehicle

Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments are subject to availability
• We may reschedule due to weather or safety issues
• Customers must cancel within a reasonable time (24 hours) to avoid fees

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are provided upfront when possible
• Additional services may incur additional charges
• Payment must be completed before or upon service

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for pre-existing vehicle damage
• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service

6. Warranties

• Services are provided in accordance with industry standards
• Manufacturer warranties apply to tires
• We provide a limited workmanship guarantee (see Refund Policy)

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Nova Onsite harmless from any claims arising from misuse of services or inaccurate information provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
